khol's closed before time on the door.

I don't understand why they didn't let me inside the store. It was 8:50p.m. and I knew they were closing soon, so I rushed over to kohl's in Manteca and I tried opening the door. The manager on duty came to the door, then opened it, only to tell me that they were closed. I asked the manager if they were closed at 8:50 or 9:00 o' clock. she rudely shut the door in my face. I have been shopping at kohl's since they came to Manteca. I love their merchandise and I usually never have a problem with the customer service except for today. The manager on duty should be fire, especially since she's losing the store's customers and money. very dissatisfied.
